| I just cut the corner plastic tray of both side and tap to the upper part then finish with black tap. |

| I used the platic net and insert at front. No need to take any part off, but need to drill the hold and tie the net to lower grill. |

I still don't understand how he got the screen to stay in there.
It looks great though!
I have some black powdercoated aluminum ready for insertion....but I'll be danged if I know how to get it in there without removing the entire front end. |

All you need to do is remove the grill...well theres a few top pieces that have to come off first then the grill comes off, but once the gril is off you have access to that area. Knew I should have taken pictures when I put in my bugdicer in the 06. How you fasten it in place may be interesting but it can be done with a little ingenuity.
