| now this may be a dumb question but, can a sunroof be installed on a mo? or do you have to purchase the mo with one. the salesman who sold me mine told me that they could do it. i don't know if he was lying or not. any feedback would be helpful. |

Certainly you can put a sun roof in aftermarket.
As to which one....well I wouldn't want to be the first Murano Sunroof installed by a dealer (He will probably farm the job out) so I would like to have some references.
BTW, some will say aftermarket SRs leak.
Probably no more than factory which also leak upon occasion.
AND it probably will be a real sun roof instead of the Nissan Sun Slit.

I would GUESS between $500 and $1000 would probably be fair.
Therefore I would guess that a Nissan dealer would want at least $1500.
I SAW a Fiero with a recent ASC sunroof install where the guy claimed $1000 install. It was a big one. That has a lot to do with the cost. ASC certainly builds one of the most famous SR.
