| I've been to Murano, just off of Venice, and did those touristy glass factory tours where they show you how the glass vases are all manually blown and shaped. Quite interesting. I didn't buy anything there, but the prices were sky high and I found the styling rather gaudy. I did buy one thing in Murano though, the sweetest basket of strawberries I've ever had in my entire life! Actually that may have been in Venice proper. But mmmmmmm..... |
