snow on the MO - Click HERE for Original Thread
Nfilippelli
as winter quickly approaches,
do you guys have any recomendations for brushes or other devices
to remove snow from the car without scratching the paint?
i know that a garage is the best solution, but will not be likely until next winter.
So lemme know if you guys have any thoughts or suggestions.

What I do is get the windows and lights (head and tail) clear and if there is buildup on the body, stop by a power washer and hose it off.

I find the regular snow brushes are just fine, but think about what you are doing when you clear it off...

Pay attention to how hard you might be brushing. It also depends on the type of snow. If you've got a layer of ice underneath that has frozen on, leave it until it's warm enough to get off, or park it in a heated garage so it can melt off. Depends on how cold it is too. Unlike Enforcer, there are some days here, where it's too cold for a car wash and they get closed! (Not many, fortunately!)

Take your time and brush lightly...:D
