Does anyone know if the Garmin GVN 52 can integrate with the Murano Display? This could be a very nice solution for those without oem nav.

Yes, it looks like a good product. I am not sure about integration with Murano screen. I am sure you will need to have at least the color LCD display.
Anybody out there with 06 SM? Does it have a video input? |

The device is a standard GPS with external A/V outputs. Yes, it is possible to fit it as an OEM version in the MO. It comes with a remote and you will need it because you won't be able to control it from the dash controls.
You need 2 interfaces in order to use it and it won't be as integrated as could be unless you modify the interfaces. Both are available from eBay.
The first is the PAC audio input. But you'll have to select the proper audio source in order to hear the GPS. Second is the video interface like this one here:
