Has anybody been able to find information on the 2004 invoice prices? I’ve checked consumerreports.com, carsdirect.com, Edmunds.com and several others with no luck. They only have the invoice info for 2003s still. There is plenty of info on some of the other 2004 Nissan vehicles but nothing for the Murano.

In the course of shopping for our (yet to arrive) 2004 SL AWD (SL Touring + VDC), various dealers gave me invoice pricing. for the features in which we were interested. I don't know for sure that it's accurate, but it was consistent from dealer to dealer.

I’m putting together the invoice costs for the 2004 and comparing them to the 2003. From what I can tell, the 2004 SL Touring package ($3,730 invoice) is a concatenation of the 2003 Cold package ($432 invoice), 2003 Leather package ($1,126 invoice) and the 2003 Premium package ($1,300 invoice)($432 + $1,126 + $1,300 = $2,858). There seems to be an $872 difference that I can’t account for. I know the SL Touring package has the HID headlights that weren’t available on the SL in 2003 but I can’t imagine those cost $872. Any help would be … helpful.

The HID headlights were part of the SL Leather Package in 2003, so that doesn't explain it either. |
