Wire hanger, chewing gum and a bra.
Thanks, MacGyver. |

| Cute, but I need a real solution, the rattle is annoying. |

| Ok. Wire hanger and chewing gum. The bra will be needed in about 10 years. |

Once... A golf ball rolled out of my golf bag in my trunk and down a side hole into the underbody. Everytime I made a turn, it rolled from one side to the other on the metal under the trunk. There was no way I could get it out... then one day I came up with an idea to try and resolve it.
I figured I would never get it out, so how could I stop it from rolling instead... then it came to me. I took a hanger and pushed it down the hole in the side of the trunk, and then ran super Goop down the hanger. (it's glue) I emptied the whole tube down there, while using the hanger to guide the glue, then pulled the hanger out. Then I drove in circles in the parkling lot until the ball rolled into the glue. it must have stuck, because I never heard it roll again.
My point... THINK OUT OF THE BOX. |

arsou812-
Can you see the coin if you use a mirror? If so then I would remove the vent and use double-back tape on a stick to remove it.
Or you might try a shop vac. Do NOT blow into the vent, instead try to suck it out through the vent where it entered.

Cute idea TheGymKid.
I would suggest pulling the vent off and then you can put a vacum tube inside of it. IF not look up underneath the dash. Perhaps you can see how the vent runs/attaches and can open it at an access point. |
