Our new Murano experience is faintly marred by faint but distinct greasy fingerprints on the head liner and door frame. It's not worth my time or aggrevation to return to the dealer for something I can easily take care of myself. Any suggestions on what cleaning product would best take care of these schmutzies?

I don't know about the headliner, but you may want to consider going back with it as you might leave a more permantante mark when trying to remove it.

I had the exact same problem when I took delivery. I'm 2+ hours away from the dealer, so I called in to ask how to remedy this. Believe it or not, I was told to use brake cleaner. No kidding.
I didn't do this, but rather used a dry cleaning fluid (very little), and it seems to have worked without any issues.
It would be nice if they had clean hands when handling our brand spankin new rides. |
