Hmmm. Posting a photo of a black grille on a black MO taken on a dark night. It almost looks like one of those spy photos published in Road and Track magazine. I like the idea though.

I'm not gonna lie, that GT-C gave me the idea hah, but uhhh the chrome was scraped off lol, then primed up, sprayed black it took like an hour and a half in all? I'm gonna re-do it and put a clear coat on it this weekend I'll take step-by-step pictures for you guys ;) because I love you guys just so effffing much...I wish there was another Murano in the club I'm in hah...but yeahhh I'll do a step-by-stepper for ya..
Oh and the snow&salt thing, I could really care less if it gets messed up, I'll respray and what not but I'd rather this get messed up as oppose to my e&g sexy grille :P |

He could always spray glossy clear coat over it... for the look and also added protect from chips maybe. |

I saw a commercial for Nissan today on TV showing all of their models and the Murano looked like it had a black grill with the silver center emblem very similar to the GTC grill. Maybe it will be an optional grill or a change in the months to come. |

| hopefully within the next week of two ill have my grill painted black too..i called up my nissan dealership/collision center and they said that they could paint it to exactly match the exterior of my car (super black)..i'm anxious to see what it'll look like, i'll post pics when i get it |

I'm looking for a Murano at the moment and the only thing I don't like about the car is the grille.
I noticed this grille on a car advertised here in vancouver. Its got a darker grille than standard. Any ideas if this is a Nissan accessory? |

It doesn't really look that much darker at all if you compare it with any other 06 or 07 murano grill..it may just be the lighting or if the grill was dirty.. |

its a little darker, but yes, it could just be the light.
I assume straight swap for 04 or 05 to 06? |

| 06 and 07 models have a new slightly redesigned grill and yes it is darker than the previous one. |
