Ok...i have a Nuvi 660- love it. My question is how can I hardwire the power supply to rid of the unsightly cord. Any drilling involved? this unit already powers up with the ignition and powers off when ignition is turned off.
The unit is pretty sweet- actually my first aftermarket gps since my MO is loaded with everything but. Even has a very accurate speedometer. Thx in advance for any ideas.

| Remove the trim under where your GPS is mounted and remove the LCD screen. Get your power from the LCD screen power wire. I power both my GPS and Valentine from there. |

Hey SanJoseMO, is that the factory mount for your Nuvi? I just bought a 680 and was thinking about mounting it in that same spot, except the mount seemed kind of short. I will send you a PM as well. I currently have it on my windshield.
