Hey... I just bought a new set of LED tail lights, and need to get rid of the old ones. I am not pricing them as of yet, I just need to gain some interest first... Once interest is established, I will set a starting price. May the best offer win...
I don't have any specific pictures of the tails, but they are in GREAT condition. Any questions, just send a pm, thanks!
Included is a rear shot of the Murano... Though you can't really see the tails in much detail, they are in wonderful condition.. |

Also, see Protonz excellent posts and attached white paper on how to wire the logic for the LEDs in the latter third of that thread. They are most definitely NOT plug and play, but if you have some decent soldering skills, his instructions work as advertised. |

| I actually was referring to the 03-05 tails that I still have installed, I am waiting on the LEDs to get here, which should be by thursday of this week... I can get some more pics on here, of the old tail lights, and of course will post pics with the new ones.. I will also let you know if there are any problems with plug and play though i've been told, there should be nothing complicated about it... just take out the old, plug in the new...we'll see |

Look at the long thread I linked above. The LED tails are not plug and play. I don't know who told you that, but it is not true. If they were, lots of folks would have done the upgrade by now. The wiring logic is completely different for the LEDs and their current draw is less than incandescent bulbs so the flasher relay will be very rapid unless you put a resistor in parallel.
However, we can thank protonz for writing a very detailed white paper on how to make an adapter curcuit to make them work (also in the thread). |

Well, you could try to PM protonz to see if he'd be willing to do it.
A few folks asked me to make a pair for them, but I really don't have the time to build them, much less install them on my car to test them, take responsibility if they don't work or short something out on the car etc etc etc |

Hi guys,
I just shipped in a pair of LED tail lights but couldnt get it work on a '05 MO unless with a pair of circuit adapter.
Anyone willing to take the offer in making those adapters and sell it to MO owners who wish to have their MO installed with LED tail lights?
I believe we have many 03-05 MO owners waiting for such day to come!

you are correct....
sales in fact did increase, but there were many upgrades, that did not come standard on the 03-05 models...
