I am totally infatuated with my vehicle and the thing I like most is the roominess since I'm 6'3" and over 275lbs.
What do you like MOST?:D |

Therer are so many things really...
The looks.
The handling
The gas mileage
The comfort
The transmission.
They do need to polish some aspects of Mo up for next gen - but am sure that will happen. |

The same, fit. At 6' 2" 240, and with what 43" of leg room it's nice. |

Hmmmm, I can't say that....yet, still have 3K to go.
I dunno, it's a whole package for me. The look, style, room, decent gas mileage. My favorite feature has to be the dual heat and AC. I can keep mine on a frosty 60 while the wife throws flames out of hers.

| CVT and interior layout. |

1. Design/Styling
2. Safety (as my former 2003 MO can demonstrated)
3. Great room inside
4. Comfort
I have to expand on point #3. I like that Nissan chose to make the rear seat pretty-darn close to being limousine-like. They could have squeezed in a 3rd row seat, but elected to give good cargo room and provide a spacious rear seat. My wife and I looked at a Honda Pilot recently and realized that the 3rd row really sacrificed 2nd row leg room. We found we just weren't thrilled with the Honda's layout, but then again, after having the MO, we feel spoiled to anything else.

For me it's just a combination of little things....
Garage door opener in mirror.
I just pushed the button yesterday and thought: "damn, this is nice"
Flippy down-goes-the-seat handle in rear cargo hole.
That little square hole in front of the shifter, perfect for all the "find by feel" items.
Cell phone hole... HELLO!
Zippyness at freeway speeds (I use this one A LOT)
Hey, and let's not forget THIS board... Murano aside, it's just nice finding a fun, friendly spot on the web.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot! Perma oil! |

Driver seat moves back when exiting...
Memory seats on SE
Autodimming compass mirror...
Backseat legroom... Impressive
Total hauling space when rear seats are folded down...

OK, on a more serious note....
What do I like most about the MO?
1) the fresh, contemporary styling
2) the 18" wheels
3) and most importantly, the CVT.
The CVT is the piece de resistance of the Murano. When I was a kid I had a "Rambler" mini-bike with a 4-horsepower B&S engine and a "torque converter" with two variable diameter pulleys connected by a belt. A Continuously Variable Transmission, on a mini-bike, in 1969! It was both the quickest and fastest 4-HP mini-bike around. My friends used to marvel at the "torque converter". Of course, as 12 year olds we had no clue as to what "torque" was, but we knew my minibike was capable of converting it, and that made it both quick and fast. :D When I heard that Nissan was installing a belt-drive CVT in an SUV I just had to take a look. Once I did I was hooked.

In no particular order:
1. Intelligent key
2. HUGE, luxurious back seat
3. Back-up cam
4. MP3 capability
5. Color screen and ability to set all my *beeps*
6. Seat Heaters (who'd athunk in Austin, TX?)
7. Overall great looking car
8. Still fun to drive
9. My future cabability to tow a boat.

Agree. At 6'5" with 36" inseam, I find the leg room--both front and back--to be just remarkable. A great benefit of not forcing in a third seat.
Just finished a 1200 mile holiday trip and it was sooooo nice to have the all the space where we were sitting, not back by the rear hatch as in our Odyssey. |
