Can anyone post a photo or let me know what color wires to tap with the Nissan wiring harness. I've searched the forum and Haven't found anything yet.
I am attaching the UUI to aPAC NIS2 unit to a 2003 Bose system, if that helps anyone... it seems to be a pretty popular solution, and I'm happy with the sound, I just want to be able to charge the iPod.
thanks!!!

| If you just need power, than tap into the power outlet wires on the lower right of the dash. The outlet snaps right out of the dash for quick access to the wires. |

I have the Blitzsafe UII as well, do you have any recommendations for easily tapping into a constant power supply?
The Blitzsafe UII (link) uses 3 wires.
Yellow= constant power
red = igniton
black = ground
It has this setup because it pauses the ipod but continues to charge it for an additional 15 minutes when you turn the car off. |

| You will need to use a test light at the fuse box under the dash. However, it will most likely be part of the ignition system. I would tap from the battery to insure no messing with ignition wiring. |

thanks, I picked up a test light from Pep Boys today. Those things are cool! I also got some fuse taps so I can easily tap into constant and ACC power.
Thanks for the info, I will probably hook this up this weekend. |
