| Is it just me, or is the air coming from the side vents for the rear seat a lot more colder than the air from the front? its like COLD...?!?!? anyone??? |

As you can see from the diagram I posted below, the source of the air for the rear pillar-mounter vents (marked "rear ventilator") is the same as the dash-mounted vents. Since the pathway for the rear vents is significantly longer than the front vents, my guess is that it may take a few moments for the heated incoming air to take away the chill from the cold plastic plenum. Once the interior warms up in the winter (or cools down in the summer) the air exiting the rear vents should be close to the temperature of the air coming from the dash vents.

:( same here...noticed this problem in the first week of we bought my mo when our friend was visiting us and sitting at back seat. donot know if it is getting warmer after a while because our friend left and my wife and i always sit at front seats...i should have checked it out some time... |
