MurAndo-

You asked for my opinion so I will give it.

While the black tail lights look good on a show car they are dangerous in real life.

Would you modify your brakes to diminish their effectiveness? Then why modify the tails by reducing their brightness?

Looks good. Like the rims. Looks like after market exahust too?
What did you use for the tinted tails? Vinyl?
GripperDon
And eliminated the problem. Looked great.

Nice, but now you need to paint that stupid "chrome" Nissan emblem on the back! :2:
MurAndo
the 06 muranos come with LEDs on the rear tail lights so they are still super bright but thanks for worrying about my safety and i did change the exhaust and took off one of the mufflers, as for the emblem it goes with the black and chrome theme but soon once i get my 24s i shall get rid of it and i forgot i dropped the car with hand r springs

More info on the wheels and tires please...

Wheels: name, diameter, width, offset?
Tires: name, size?

I always see that RYE Auto (your temp. plates) around L.A. Is that a Auto Dealership?

And 24s on a Murano....:28:
It's not going to look good.
24s will look great... only on a different car.
Since your wheels show too much of the puny brake components... upgrade your brakes and calipers to make that look better.

I've seen 23s and 24s on an FX and they look awesome....

Black FX on 23s stock height

Black FX on 24s stock height

23s look horrible on a Murano, I can't imagine 24s

Just curiosity, why tint the tail lights and not the windows?
MurAndo
the windows are at 15% tint right now im going to limo it later but for now since ive had my car for 6 months and havnt put my plates on i dont wanna get that much attention from police just yet but in a couple of weeks itll be there with a new mesh grill and some tvs
mattsmo
I think tint with a little mirror finish would look great on a black MO.
Black and chrome sure looks good.
njjoe
Did I read that correctly? You have had your MO for 6 months but you have yet to put license plates on it? The question just begs to be asked... why?

-njjoe
MurAndo
wen u put on plates for one the car loses its look and you have to put one in the front as well and two if i run a red light and theres a camera at the intersection they have no way of tracking the vehicle
njjoe
M-

Yeah, I agree with you about that damn front plate. Most cars are designed to have rear plates so they don't look so bad. The fronts, however, are a different story. Most cars are like the MO, two holes drilled in the front bumper, AURGH!! What a way to ruin the look.

I still can't believe you're driving around without any plates at all. Aren't you worried a cop is going to put up next to you and wonder why there is no plate?

MurAndo
nope i live in la you dont get pulled over for something random like that and i still have all of the stickers from the dealer on it
