I have located a blue MO for sale, but its not that close to where I live. I've never seen a Blue one before...so anyone got any photos of a Blue one in a good light.

it appears to be quite a dark colour. A few pics I found on here made it look very dark.

any help would be appreciated

Thanks :)

I like the Blue, catches the light nicely.

Andy-

Nothing against the photographers, but I wouldn't trust the pics. If you really want to see what a Midnight Blue MO looks like before you make the trip to buy it I suggest you take a ride to your nearest Nissan dealer. Nothing beats first-hand experience.

local dealers have nothing in that colour and the car I'm looking at is around four hours away on Van Island.

Would never buy a car without seeing it, but just wanted to see as many pics as possible. I'll have to take a trip to see it in the flesh

mind you, I wonder what other Nissans come in that colour...off on a search :)

Here's a couple pics of my MO. The Midnight Blue is pretty dark. In anything but direct sunlight, it looks like a dark, dark blue metallic - bordering on black. But in direct sunlight, you can see the blue really stand out. Looks great, but gets dirty almost as quickly as black, and shows swirls just about as bad.

see what you mean. From the images, I think I now prefer the Blue over the Black. The only problem with Black for me (I'm a designer so I'm picky!) is, with privacy glass, it can look a bit like a van

Thanks for the images, appreciate it :D

well, we have now bought the Blue SE we went to see on the weekend.

Pick it up on Saturday :)

LOL!

I only have a couple of pics and they were taken by the dealer (and aren't great). The car is low mileage (68000km), with the Blue and the Black Interior and has the sunroof as well (not sure if that was standard on SE)

First thing is to get 2006 Silver bumper/tailgate strip added to protect the paintwork. Comptemplating the darker 06 grille as well, but I expect that will be quite expensive.

I'll grab some real pics next week :)

So, we have our Murano now and very impressed. Took a few pics this evening and have uploaded to the gallery (link below). Needs a really good polish though, so waiting for a friend to bring out some Swissol Wax from back 'home' in the UK

I also added a 06 Bumper protector, fairly easy to fit.
