is the head unit Double DIN? and if not doen the existing one have an input?
I would love to stick in a double din clarion multimedia head unit in my 2007 Murano. but i cant tell if it is a double din, and i am reading here that it is impossible to take out, because it is connected to the climate control. Is that true?
is there a solution to adding a dvd system with the audio going thru the original head unit?
i bought my car from a diplomat that ordered it direct from Japan so she had to pay no tax, and ordered the Murano as she wished I have everything but the Bose system. the original system looks exactly like the bose system minus that there is no cassette player.
I live in Ecuador so I got a good deal buying it from a diplomat here the Muranos cost 55,000$ and i paid 42,000.
I want to upgrade the audio and also add video. I hope i can take this head unit out. |

| If its the stock stereo, its not a double din - its unfortunately proprietary sized. Yes you can add an auxiliary input to the stereo - search the audio section of this website for the PAC unit. |
