Is 22x9.5 Wheel Too Wide for my 2007 AWD Murano? - Click HERE for Original Thread
egotrader
I am having trouble finding a wheel manufacturer that sells 22x9in. specs; there are a ton of them selling 22x9.5in. though. Will this half be problematic?

I think I read somewhere in here that 275/35/22 would probably rub in the wheel well. I am having hard time finding a complete spec of 265/35/22 on the Internet.

Does anybody know what the circumference limits are for the Murano without getting too far off the OEM specs for the speedometer?

Much help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am having trouble finding a wheel as close to the speedometer OEM rating.

Anybody know a good site on the Internet?

Here's a good Tire Size Calculator:

im running 265/40 with 22s and a inch and a half drop no rubbing whatsoever you have nothing to worry about

22x8.5 with 30 offset and 285/35/22 fits perfect

:29: Nice lip. I especially like the black spokes on a black MO.

I keep forgetting to post it but I am running 275/45/20's and IMO they look better than anything 265 or smaller. More of an aggressive look. I WILL get pics on tonight. :P

I would agree - nice wheels.

Those look like the Helo Tease. I've been eyeing those in all chrome for my Mo. I was thinking of putting 20x8.5 @ 35mm offset and either 255/50/20 or 275/45/20.

xconcepts,

Your wheels are too wide. What's the offset?

While your extreme offset does produce a wide-track stance and more muscular look from the rear, the downside will be more paint damage from debris kicked up by the wheels. The MO's paint is the softest and most prone to scratches than any other car I have owned, and that even includes old English cars. Good Luck.

I would guess 0 to 10.

Not sure about the offset, but I have had them on in Texas for over 2 years and not had a problem with debris(and San Antoino had enormous amounts of debris btw)....now in Jersey (since Dec 05) and only take them off for the winter and still no problems.
