i've been lurking for quite some time, actualy since ive been considering getting a murano. so i finally regeistered after buying my 07' SL. i find this forum very insightful and im glad to have found it. So, with my first post id like to say hello and ask a question. i want to swap my halogen head lights to the oem xenon ones but dont trust myself to do the retro or anything fancy in that sense. i found a site that has the oem projectors at a lower price than dealer but i wanted to know if it is complete plug and play or is there extra components needed to make it work properly?

thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome. you've decided to undertake quite a first project with your new mo haha. the link that you've posted seems to be a price for just the ballast or w/e the xenon control module is? check out ebay. they often have the entire light assembly with everything included for around 300 bucks per side. then your looking a just a plug and play type install with minor wireing for the high beams to work.

Dave,

First note, welcome to the forum. The link you provided includes everything shown, which should be the complete assembly. As nissanlove mentioned, all you would need is some wiring and relays.

Good Luck.

Davesaction-

Welcome to the forum.

Several members have successfully upgraded their halogen lamps to OEM HID units. Do a search and you will find tons of information on the upgrade.

The assembly looks complete. Now just add a full full afternoon of time assuming you are all ready to go, tools in place etc. It's not technically hard, just tireing and a bit scraping of the hands. But hey that why we do these things, you will like the results and youth is everything after health. :D
