Folks,
I was out on my boat a couple of years ago... crusing along a large cove and heading into a setting sun. I hear a small plane behind me and look into the ski mirror on my windshield. I see a 4 passenger plane decending. The propellor looks like it is stopped and I'm in the glide path! I accelerated and moved 100 yds to the side. Looking back.. the reflection of the setting sun was so strong in 2 specific locations it made it look like the propellor was not moving. Turns out he was just decending and looking around. At about 150' he pulled up and flew away. Way scary for the moment.
