ok, i now have about 6k miles on my murano, and still same thing as i bought it... when driving in traffic, at about 20mph and under, when i ease off the accelerator, the car feels like its losing speed very rapidly... like i'm in 1st gear in a manual tranny car.. i'm not sure if this is normal, and it happends 90% of the time, not always.. am i the only one, should i get this checked out?

That is normal. The CVT will give you a degree of "engine braking".

You get a bit of this "at speed", as well. I like the way it performs going down long mountain highways.

Similar to learning how to get the CVT to give you a burst of speed when passing, it takes a bit of getting used to.

Agreed, that is normal. Very different than a traditional automatic, but I think you'll come to actually like it. I do, but then that may be because I'm used to manual transmissions in my previous cars.
