Getting a GPS by Garmin and I saw this in a review:
quote: If your vehicle's stereo has an audio input jack, you'll get much better results by connecting it to the nüvi's audio output jack.
Does my Mo have it? Yes, I did a search here, looked at the radio in my Mo, and I just finished going through the Owner's manual, all to no avail:( .
Help!

| You will need to install a PAC audio device to get aux audio input. The only thing is that with PAC audio device you cannot listen to the GPS and other audio at the same time. Maybe there are new devices out there now that will let you do it? |

Actually some of the portable GPS-NAV devices double up as an MP3 player. Music is stored on an SD card in the Garmin Nuvi, for example.
I have an Initial GPS with an FM transmitter (Just OK), and I can listen to tunes from the MP3 player feature through the Mo's system. Turn by Turn voice instructions interrupt the tunes when needed.
I haven't tried a PAC conversion, but I would think that the output from the GPS unit would still work the same way.

Thanks guys
Rolo, yes, I have a Nuvi 660 and am aware of the FM/MP3/FM transmitter feature that it has. I was just hoping for a 'work-around'.:)
