The problem of the windshield glare in my caffe-latte interior of my Murano has been solved! I settled on a black faux suede colored dash mat. I felt the black suede is very matte looking compared to the carpet fibered dash mats. I picked black because after sitting in the MO for awhile I realized that although the interior is caffe-latte most of the dash and surrounding accessories are black.
Fabric and color asided---the best part is No More Dash Reflection!!! My eyes no longer have to focus beyond the glare that was almost like a haze of light bouncing back into my eyes.:) |

Yay for great decisions and superb dashmats.
Where did you finally get it. I want one for my new one when it comes.

| A simpler solution is to use polarizing glasses..... |

L-
According to their website the sensors are all taken into account.
For $45 that is a darn good deal.

When you talk to customer service---and even on the Dash Mat website from where I ordered the mat, they ask about what sensors you have on the dash and appropriate holes are made in the mat. Due to the angle or view of the pictures you can't see it--but the holes are in the mat.
I was worried about the indentations in the dash too---but, they took into account for every crease, dip and you may not see it--- but there is a separate piece that covers the gauge area too, and the edge of the mat drops down around them as well.
The total with shipping was $52.00 via UPS ground. |
