| I din't know I had such a good manifold. I will go look and try to take pictures of it. I'll say one thing I have only floored it one time as I am being very cautious about breaking in the new engine but with the combination of the ICE plus the added output of the electric motor I can say it really accelerates wickedly. I would love to drag a standard Altima with the same 2.5 engine and see if I beat it. It does smoke the tires. |

Boy, you are determined, I'll give you that much. :D
All three vehicles share the VQ, so that manifold should fit as long as it clears the body.

Think I may end up getting one for my 2004 Maxima. The guys over at NissanClub are doing a Group Buy here shortly on it. I think they'll get it down to like 750 or so as a guesstimate. I was just curious. I don't think I'll have the funds to get 2 :) |

I think I wasn't looking at the date...so no group buy turned up. I'm trying to get one going, I emailed them for information. GripperDon, what vehicle do you want to put it on? |

On any other car, $800+labor for 15hp is very expensive, but I guess on a hard to mod car like the MO, we are left with little choice!
The previous gen 3.0L VQ had great results with an aftermarket Y-pipe as well - I wonder if such a setup would improve the 3.5L noticaebly. |

Wow! You really put that into perspective, Eric. $800+ for a measly 15 horsepower. That is really hard to justify. I doubt you could even notice the 6% increase on the MO.
It definitely looks cool, but then again that's a lot of coin to pay to dress up the engine.

Does the Maxima, Altima, and Murano all share the same header, y-pipe, etc setup? They are hard to come by for the Maxima right now, but in July you should be able to get a good Y-Pipe for around $350 for it. |

I am going to guess no since the Murano has some extra bits underneath and behind the engine (namely the transfer case). I guess you need to check the Nissan part number for both vehicles. |

| Has that header already. |
