My keyless entry system does not work at times, mainly when hot outside 85-90 degrees. I try to lock/unlock vehicle from a normal range but nothing happens, however, when I get really close to the driver's door, it sometimes works.
I have checked the batteries and tried all 3 remotes and it does the same thing. It didn't work this morning when I got to work. Anyone have any suggestions? |

Sounds like a possible radio interference. Do you have anything such as a laptop or other electronic equipment that may not be shielded well runing in your car when you have difficulty with the remote?
I have the exact same symptoms but only when my carputer is running. When it is off, everything is back to normal. |

No, no electronic equip running at the time. It seems to do it more since the hot weather.
Does anyone know where the remote sensor is on the MO? (2003 Model) |

| I suggest that you will need more than the location. Start by down loading the Service manual forn the Nissan manual site. It is really valuable best $20 you will spend. It may not be the sensor but the sender. Try putting it in a cold place (Refrig) and then quickly trying it . |
