I entered a race car livery competition for a Dutch A1GP race team a while back. The brief was for the car to be 50% Orange minimum and include the Dutch Flag. Although you cant really see it, the orange is covered in the towns and regions of Holland.
The prize the livery on the car all year and a trip to the Dutch round of the race (TBH: not sure if they will actually pay for a flight from Canada!)LOL I completely forgot about it until I received an email earlier.
I'm through to the final 12 designs (1000+ entries) and now a online vote is taking place.
The final decision is by the team itself, although they have said that they will take the online vote into account. Quite a few of the finalists don't actually meet that criteria, so hope they take that into account ;)
Take a look and if you want to vote for your favourite (this isn't a request to vote for me) , then you need to to register, There is no user authorisation or acceptance email to click. It could have an influence in the final vote.
