| I want to change my stock rims out for Enkei Rim “NK-5P” Specifications, SIZE: 20 x 8.5, OFFSET: 38, BOLT PATTERN: 5x108/114.3, BORE DIA. 72.6, FINISH CHROME, weight = 30.85 lb with 255/50-20 tires mounted. What I am concerned about is the different in weight from the stock and the new Rims/tires, and stoping. Can any one help me with info please?? |

| I found the new rims to weight 30.85 lb, I still need the stock weight, I have an SE AWD with the 5 spoke round type rims. |

| The 30.85lbs you list is the rim alone, not with the tire on (with tire, I'm guessing between 60-80 pounds). |

Others have run similar wheels without any major problems. The ride quality will definitely suffer, but that is the trade-off with running low-profile tires.
If you already bought the wheels you might as well put them on.

According to this old link, the Murano's stock rim weighs around 25 pounds, pretty light I think.

The OEM tire is 34lbs, so a total weight of close to 60lbs.
In addition to the rough ride, increasing the total tire/wheel weight will affect acceleration and braking as well (more rotational inertia to overcome). |

| The new tires I would get will have a side wall of 5" vs. the stock tire of 6" and I have the rims and nitto tires (little side wall) the wife does not like and that I just can't sell, I guess I am asking to much at $1,000 for all 4 and there near new. |
