was totally overcharged for my 15k tune up. then the guy had the nerve to tell me that i had to change my rotors at only 23k miles. told me that it was corroded. apparently this is unheard of. didn't do it, but he was so adamant that i had to change it. won't be going back unless its warranty stuff.
