My battery keeps dying if I don't run the car for >5 days. I just replaced the battery so I'm not sure its a bad battery. I do have an aftermarkey amp and speakers so its possible this might be the culprit. When I hook a meter to the battery it draws 1/4 amp parked. The seem high to you?

Pull the fuse(s) for the amps and see if the drain decreases.

I pulled the amp fuses and the drain is the same. No change which is surprising.

K,
I'm thinking the cause is from one of your mods, like the fog light jumper or the seat switch. If easy enough, I would temporarily unplug those mods and see what type of draw you get. I connected my Fogs after the fuse on the battery, so the anti-battery drain still works. |
