Was wondering if anyone might recommend a great service department in the Chicagoland area. I am currently taking my 2007 to the dealership that I bought the vehicle at -- but quite frankly AM NOT PLEASED!! The only thing I like about it is the service manager who is WAY to NICE for the people that he has to work with!
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I've been going to STAR NISSAN.
As I mentioned in my original post, the service manager is the nicest guy on the planet -- but the other persons working at the desk -- yikes!!
If you have another dealer please let me know -- I will be very appreciative!!

| To me, the service department consists of more than the front line folks. If you only care about acceptable service writers, try Glendale Nissan. They replaced my MAF sensor at 43k ODO for the price of labor alone. |
