While I am not a gal, the owner of our Murano is.
Odd - and I'll take a beating for this - but I always thought of the Murano as more of a chick car.
She traded in her Matrix XRS on it, so I was happy!

| Hm, that is what I was thinking. Then she made me buy one. Never knew why. Anyway was happy with the Murano. Except I wanted SE, she decide SL. Apparently SE was too harsh. 6 months later she got FX35. I always thought it was "man car". Boy, was I wrong! Now I am stuck with soft Murano......not that there is anything wrong about it...........in the end I have had it for more than 4 years and 82k miles ;) |

I agree, it does have a female look to it, but I think men can get away with driving it, it isn't that bad.
But since I agreed... that is why I tinted the front windows, put step bars on it, and a front push bar. With the gray color too.... I don't think mine looks like a female could own it at all. Am I wrong? |

although ours is modified to look more agressive an i guess masculine, a female is the primary driver.

| NissanLove... did you drive your Mo out onto a soccor field just to take pictures of it ? |

Nissanlove, are those Kumho tires? Thread design looks like it.
I never consoidered my MO a "gal" car. It pretty much looks like Gymkid's now, with nerf and bumper guard, except it is black. I also have an extra pair of fog lamps and a bike rack installed so overall it is aggressive looking, much more than a gal would like I am sure....:D |

TheGymKid - i did drive the MO out into a soccer field, but if you saw the location of the soccer field and the access to it, you would understand that it's not that big of a concern to the feilds condition.
ZEB- they are bridgestone deuler HP sports. their design is based on the bridgestone RE050 line of highperformance tires. i've never been happier with a set of summer tires in my life. |

So my wife drives my Mo which she never really does.... and goes and gets pulled over. ( 4 Tinted windows ) The first thing the cop says... "this isn't your truck, is it?" She said no, it's my husbands, why? He said, it doesn't look like a truck you would be driving.
SO... I guess the Murano can look like a guys car.
By the way...she didn't get the ticket... women get off so easy. :p |

My "Lady" is 100% chick car; right down to the VANITY in the center console.
...lets not forget the stickers on the back. That has to make a chick car. No GUY would ever do that.
Although it is a chick vehicle, my husband has no problems getting behind the wheel and putting a few hundred miles on her. He is pretty secure in his manhood, though. |

Kid,
I'm not sure if you can rely on the cops response. He may have been just trying to pick up your wife. :15:

| My wife just got her Super Black Murano S last Saturday. I think the Mo's are more manly in a dark color. I love driving the Mo. Of course I love driving my 07 Fronty, too (the fronty is a little more manly than the Mo). |
