Front Bumper Tube Bar - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hey everybody this is my first post. I have enjoyed my time here so far. Just got my MO last week. Its a 2003 Polished Pewter with red leather SL AWD with about 55,000 miles on it. I am definately enjoying it so far as its a lot nicer than my old 2002 Nissan Altima

My question is about the tube bar that can be purchased. I like the look of it, but am wondering about the installation. Is there any drilling involved? How easy is it overall? The website doesnt offer much detail about the instalation. Heres what I'm looking at...

no drilling, just install 2 brackets and attach the bar to the brackets. holes are there for the bracket already. took me about 30 minutes

On mine, the bracket fits between the bumper cover and the lower plastic cover that is right under the radiator. So I had to remove the plastic cover and "peal" a bit of the bumper cover back. Then the bolt holes were exposed and I installed the brackets. Then I let the bumper cover move back to where it was originally, and put that plastic cover back too. Bolted the tube bar to the brackest and it was done.
