I have the original bose system with navigation. SWC stands for steering wheel control. Definitely go back to page 44 of this thread. These questions and pretty much all concerns with regards to dasaita have been mentioned.

Nice...
Let us know your experience.

I would have gone with the OWNICE C800 K3-High, that one has slightly better hardware specs for the same price, it also has a 8 channel-dsp, which the Dasaita lacks.

I have a 2015 Platinum (nav+Bose) iím not going to upgrade anything else when it comes to sound. Just wanted more flexibility when it comes to maps, apps, media for trips with the fam, and just over all control. Especially being able to use more features while in motion, possibly including the 4 cameras. Do you think it will do the trick? Iíve read through all the posts a couple of times to make sure I know what to look for, but any help is definitely appreciated. Thanks
I live in Silver Spring.

Hi Eric,

It will definitely work for you based on your needs, it is also plug and play, so it should be just swapping your radio.

I live in Columbia, feel free to reach out if you need any help.

You mean the K3 Pro? Looks like the Pro has 8 channel and the High has 6 channel.

Has anyone integrated their SiriusXM antenna fin into their new android system? I know you can just get the app for satellite radio, but was just wondering if itís possible to just get a SiriusXM receiver so everything is built in. On long trips, my Verizon service cuts out before SiriusXM.

Hey Assad, do you know whether the Ownice would support 360 camera? Was holding off for the new Joying but they have no idea as to when that will be available. Having had a look the Ownice K3 Pro may be the way to go assuming it can give me the 360 cameras. Im over in Europe at the moment and thought I would buy before heading back to Colombia

Hi Rich,

I am pretty sure it does, I saw a review on youtube showing it in action. But it is always good to ask just to make sure before purchasing.

Check out this review @ 2:59 , you can see the 360 in action.

The ownice is as good as the joying, they use the same screen by the way.
The only difference is the Joying is slightly ahead in term of hardware (Intel vs PX5). Also Joying DSP has more channel, and some have SPDIF Digital Out in case you are using an external amp with digital input.

Joying also has a a nice APP call ZLINK, that runs Android Auto and Apple Play natively.
Ownice is running android 9 vs Android 8.1 on Joying, also 3 USB port on ownice vs 2 on joying.
But they use the same amp and radio chipset.
So I wouldn't worry about purchasing either one...

If you look at the features, they are similar, in terms of sounds and apps.

Sirius XM will not work on these android unit, because the hardware is not there.

The best you can do is use the app.
If not, you can use an external SiriusXM external module and hook it up to the AV input, but even you won't be able to control the XM radio from the unit itself.

Thanks Assad,

The main reason for getting this is to get CarPlay, not sure what you mean about Joying running CarPlay natively? Does that mean Ownice emulates somehow?
I managed to get in touch with them and they confirmed that the 360 camera works and that either the K3 High or Pro would be fine for my 2016 Murano (Bose + Subwoofer). Which would you recommend I go for?
Finally, their screenshot of how the installed product looks - I'm hoping this is just a bad picture as it shows the radio covering up the top vents. I was expecting it to fit in flush underneath these vents - are you able to comment?

Cheers,

Richard

If you look at the OWNICE, some model say CARPLAY is external on some say Build-in.
The Build-in is what I was referencing when I said natively, basically, it would look just like the Murano carply.

According to their website:

The K-3 Pro is an upgrade of the K-3 High with 8 channel DSP vs 6 and wireless carplay
The K-3 Pro also has a 2 channel SUB instead of 1 for the High.

This might not be useful for you since you have the Bose amp + sub, those gets their input from the speaker output.
You have 8 AV PRE OUT from your unit that is fed to the Bose amp, and the Bose amp distribute those signal to your 9 speakers system and the SUB.

So in your case, the PRO vs the HIGH is basically the 8 vs 6 channel DSP, not sure if the HIGH has the wireless carplay though, it says Optional, but I would ask them.

They show the RCA connectors, but those are only useful if you are using an external amp and subwoofer other than the Bose that is integrated in your murano.

So, I would go with the HIGH, and check if wireless Carplay is included.

Also if you could ask them to show you the pinout of the Murano 20 PIN connector, this is all that would matter to you, here is the pinout for your reference.

The picture is a bad photoshop, it fits perfectly....

Once again Assad thanks for the detailed reply. Have ordered the K3 High with the additional Wireless CarPlay option. I'm heading back to Colombia in mid July so assuming the radio arrives on time I will have it installed then. Will of course update everyone with how things go.

So the Ownice K-3 is looking like it would fit my needs much better, especially with built in CarPlay. If AlliExpress hasn't shipped yet, has anyone dealt with them cancelling the order before it has been shipped?
