Dirty Steering Wheel. What to use?

Hello Fellow members. I had my tyres replaced and when I received my Murano the steering wheel which is beige was filthy dirty from the mechanics dirty hands. I was thinking about going to the dealer and make a complaint. Finally I decided I will just clean it myself. What do you guys suggest would be a good product to remove the black stains on the steering wheel. Something not slippery of course. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

I would use a degreaser like simple green or orange cleaner, then use isopropyl alcohol for cleaning. Then I would treat with an non-greasy protectant like aerospace 303.

You could also try ArmorAll Multi-Purpose cleaner (NOT the protectant).
A light spray and a quick wipe with a terry cloth instantly cleans my beige leather, so may work on your beige wheel.
