Maintenance notification: Oil and filter/Tire

I have a 2016 Murano I purchased a month ago from a dealership. My oil change sticker shows its due at 47K, and I have 41900 on the odometer right now.
I'm getting a maintenance notification for oil and filter change and also it says tire. The oil is great and the tires are what they should be. Any suggestions on what is causing this or should I just change the oil anyway??
Thank you in advance.

You have to reset the remind in your settings. Scroll with your steering wheel controls to the settings menu in the gauge cluster. There is a maintenance section there. Reset your reminder for whatever amount of miles/kilometers you want it to remind you again. There is also a section for tire reminder...

Thank you! I will do that. This forum has been helpful with my Murano.

Yes, in the Murano you have to tell it at what mileage to remind you. My Ford has some kind of algorithm that is supposed to calculate the mileage for an oil change, but I have found this to be bogus. It basically tells you 10,000 miles regardless of how you drive. I will never wait 10,000 miles to change my oil!
