That's the hole I used when I installed my LED DRLs. Fairly easy to access from both sides. Take care!

I was trying to the touch the opening to feel if it is a plastic with a cap or some kind of flexible rubber that is holding the existing wires but couldn't reach it. I will remove the air box when the weather gets warmer.

It's flexible rubber. Very easy to poke something through right next to the existing wire bundle. Take care!
