    Hi all. I have already read through many posts, but need some order of suggestion of order of events here. Context: 2004 Murano SE AWD, will not "shift" beyond the 3 in the ratio. Will not move to 4/5/6 in D or in manual +/-. I changed the fluid and filter in the CVT as it smelled foul...
