Hello people and thanks for accepting me as a member.
Question, I have had to install another transmission from another vehicle. For some reason I have no tiptronic.
Any ideas?

Not all models of that year has tiptronic. There are old posts regarding your issue. If your shifter has that, but your donor vehicle does not, then you will not have it. Honestly, you really don't need it. I won't be too worried about not having that option.

Nissan does not use a Tiptronic transmission.

Tiptronic is a registered trademark of Porsche, part of the Volkswagen Group, which also produces the Audi, Bugatti and Lamborghini brands, among others. Nearly every automotive manufacturer offers what is colloquially known as “manumatic” transmissions, which supply a clutch-free way to control transmission shift points.

Some people call these "tiptronic" but that is incorrect.

The shifting controls are electronic. From what year and model vehicle did you install the transmission? It should just be a matter of figuring out the controls from that vehicle and adapting them. If the shifter can also be swapped, that might help.
