Hello,

Have a 2007 SL, AWD Murano.

Just put new battery in (car had been sitting for a while).

Runs fine, but no headlights, tailights, radio.

It had a dead key fob battery also and I replaced that along with the main 12 v battery.

Any help appreciated.

TIA

Check the fuses. (Owner's manual.)

Go to YouTube and find videos on using a multimeter to check the battery voltage and alternator voltage.

Thoroughly clean the battery cable clamps, and check the other end of each battery cable to confirm that it's securely bolted down and not corroded.

Let us know how the above procedures go....

Well, after an incredible amount of time and effort was expended, car had multiple codes.
Mechanic got most off but still has P1610, P16614, BCM, and C1735. He is pretty good but can't seem to fix these.
All keys are original and never replaced and worked fine before. Did replace key fob battery.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe some of the electronic components inside are broken
Let's get real. Codes are indicators of various system functions, not of "broken" electronic components. This response makes no sense.

Update: Crazy car has now locked itself (with all keys inside). Any idea how to unlock the doors?

To be clear, the car (on its own) decided to lock itself.
Yep, 1st gen Muranos do that... I feared being locked out the 16 years I owned my '03. Luckily I was careful and it didn't happen. It's a stupid feature. It can be disabled by the dealer for a fee.

All of your keys are inside it? Maybe try a locksmith, or a Nissan dealer.
