I will come to a stop then it barely wants to go then the rpm get high then starts surging please help 09 Nissan Murano 110,00

Check the air intake tubing for tears/cracks since this a common problem that can cause those symptoms. You should remove it and inspect carefully, especially in the accordion folds.
Also, try not to open new threads and be more descriptive about your problems and what you've done to figure out what they may be.
What is surging? The way the car acts or just the engine constantly changing RPM's? If the engine surges the RPM's hunt high and low. So do you mean the car is kind of jerking?
If the car is jerking then very likely the transmission has a problem. Make sure it has enough fluid.

I agree with this comment.
You should remove this tube so that you can inspect the tubes' underside that cannot be inspected while it is in the car, and you will be able to bend the tube which will cause any cracks and tears to properly be seen.
Moving off from standstill will cause the engine to rock and open up any tears/cracks in the tube, thus messing up the air/fuel ratio and cause stumbling/surging acceleration.
It may not be the cause but it will be one of the quickest and simplest problems to rule out, and in your case, MUST be ruled out.

So the engine is jerking ? Could be that intake as mentioned above. We need to see and hear it. If it shows a transmission code then?
