Got my Murano a couple of weeks ago. The SD card was missing. I was told by Nissan they had it on Friday. Went to the dealership...wrong map. The manufacturer supposedly sent the wrong one. They had to order another map. The presets, clock and mobile connection is a pain. Can't even set the bass and treble for safe keeping. I hope the Sirus works. SMH Meanwhile, they broke my cellphone charger. Snapped it back together and said I needed to glue back together. Really???? I haven't gotten a courtesy call about the replacement map or phone charger. NOTHING!!! Has anyone else had this problem and how long did it take until your map came in?
