Was an issue on my 2019 Platinum. It seemed random: worked occasionally but usually either did nothing or volume went mute. I was hit and that vehicle was totaled. I just got a clone car but a 2020. No issue with the volume on this one yet. Maybe there is a service bulletin on it?

Same crazy knob behavior on my 2020 Platinum. It certainly is not from over-use; I use the steering wheel controls 99.9% of the time.

Based on the info in my post #20, if the volume control is erratic, it's a problem in the radio itself, either software or mechanical with the volume control. The knob is not defective, it's the control it actuates.

There's a TSB about this issue. There's a headunit update to fix it.

I did just the dial turning portion of that bulletin (with the car off). Seemed to fix my issue. Must have just been dirty. Thanks!
