Since new our '15 has been very slow to cool the cabin. I just passed it off as a new model. Well, 35,000 miles later in for an oil change and have them check it and low and behold the A/C was overcharged not just a little, a lot. They thought I had Freon added, but the dealer has done all work on the car. Anyway, after 3 1/2 years my wife is happy.

How long did it take to cool the cabin before it got fixed? I have a black Murano with black interior and if its sitting out in the sun all day at work it takes at least 15min or so before it gets comfortable.

This is one reason that charging AC systems isn't a job for Bubba Joe in the back yard with a gauge and can of refrigerant bought at AutoZone. Overcharging can be a problem just like under-charging. A lubricant is also required in the AC system.
