One of the products that I believe is well worth the (considerable) money is the Invisible Bra.
Mine has been on for nearly 3 years now.
And I can see (Really, feel) a few spots where there has obviously been a really hard hit by stones, etc.
This is good stuff.
My car has NO paint chips.

And it is helpful against the hated "love Bugs".
They stick on the front, but I can get pretty rasty about getting them off, because I'm not trying to scrape them off my "paint".

But what if you don't have the Invisible Bra?
What if you are going to take a long road trip?
What if you have to go visit your outlaws?
What if they live at the end of a dirt/gravel road?

Duplicolor (A company that I personally believe in) has the answer.

How about a "temporary" Invisible Bra?
A Spray on Invisible bra?
One that washes off when it has done it's job....

I think this is worth checking out.

8 Bucks and you can drive in a little more comfort.

Homer,

it looks like an easy and probably good solution. For $8 is worth trying. I will try it during my next trip to Florida.....:D

This product helps protect the paint from bugs and dirt but I don't think they are claiming it will protect from rock dings.

Rain-X has just released something just like it. The review gives it thumbs up:

rain-x bug spray and gel

I picked up both last night at Wal Mart and will try the spray this weekend -- I have a 5 hour road trip to make through Algonquin Park, which means a whole lotta bugs.

If Sal Zaino were to give it a thumbs-up then I would not hesitate to use it. I wonder if he does product testing on products like this to evaluate compatibility.
