Has anyone expereinced this problem?

My Murano's only 2 weeks old, I pushed the AWD Lock button for the second time ever and it caved in. Total dissapointment, and i'm guessing its just a quick fix to get it locked back inplace. Just wondering if anyone had similar experience with the AWD Lock or other buttons/toggles in their MO.

simple fix. there are only two tabs that hold that switch up there. remove the shift knob (pull down aluminum cover and remove gold pin). remove change tray and phone tray. pry up on auminum gear shift cover and remove (start prying by cup holder area). now you have full access to the switches. pop it back up into place. check to make sure tabs are not broken first.
