body sway

Best description I could come up with. What would be the replacement or upgrade parts to consider for this situation:
Hitting or rolling across a dip or heave in the road surface we'll get a nice side to side sway in the MO. Just briefly then it will
come back. I think I notice it more now than when newer. Still OE shocks/struts. Newer Bridgestones. I think the shocks are still doing
the job, not alot of bouncing. It is a gentle driven ride under foot and conditions.

Yeah the mechanic checked that already but I can definitely try it myself. I have read a lot of forums and many guys have experienced exactly same problems but no one has posted a solution.
I tried to get my mechanic to change the lower control arms but he can’t find a reason to. They are solid. Frustrating when you can’t find a mechanic to take “your money for nothing” that should be a song 🎶 I think 🤔 😂

You should stick with him. He's not picking your pocket to replace equipment that's good. If he checked them and they're good, have him look elsewhere.

If there is a clunk or scrape associated with any of the body movement as Pilgrim suggested, I would almost guarantee it. I have 73k and still on original shocks/struts and they are just fine.
In my experience, shocks and struts should go at least 100K (aside from a possible individual part failure) if you're not driving washboard roads all the time.
I'm at 142k miles on my 2010 Murano and didn't notice anything yet but I was assuming something will have to be done soon. Last time I took it to Nissans they said everything looks fine but I'm on the verge of wanting to replace before it does get bad. Not much rust underneath - lives in TN but I'll start doing inspections at it every 6 months to notice something if I could.

Unless I'm not noticing the sway at all but I doubt that's the case.
