Biggun- Check the website. Unfortunately, it is written in Japanese. 
NVMYGT - I checked out the video and, although it is a Murano, it is a bit lame. In order for them to showcase the lights, they made the setting very dark. Almost too dark to know it's a MO.
Although I don't go for that type of visual gimmickry, the wheels/rotors did look pretty cool. I especially like when all four wheels change colors in sync.
