Just in case my dogs get by my dog barrier (see my picture gallery).
I made a center console protector made of Lexan (r) that should help against scratches.

It's for use only when parked.

Yes 1/8.

I really wanted to bend it into a U channel so that it rode on top of the console. But it was too much with out a break to cold bend.

And I couldn't find Lexan glue to make a channel out of three pieces, but this seems to work and I can silde it between the seat and the trans hump when not in use.

I've never worked with Lexan b4. What's best to use -- a router or scroll saw?

Used my Bosh jig saw with a fine blade. Cuts nice not like Plexiglass which melts at a low temp.
