My dealer is part of a multi brand group (Albi) and they decided to close all their branches last week. A wise decision IMHO; luckily, my wife and were able to get an oil change and free inspection on our respective vehicles just before. I still have an intermittent CEL but the vehicle runs fine; hopefully they will reopen before my warranty expires (Sept)!

Hadn't thought about this before. I think that it might be a good idea to email the dealer a message about any warranty issues, being specific about the time, date and vehicle mileage as well as the problem. I'd save a copy of that email so that I could demonstrate that I had notified the dealer. Not sure how strong a case that would make, but this is uncharted territory and IMO it at least establishes a record that notification was made while within the warranty.
