"Measures taken from the chest and both legs indicate low risk of injuries to these body regions. However, head acceleration was high when the dummy's head bottomed out the airbag and hit the steering wheel, indicating the possibility of head injury. At the same time, a moderately high tension force on the dummy's neck indicates the possibility of neck injury."

Wonder why the dummy's next went so far forward. Shouldn't the seat belt have held him back?

read further:
"there was too much rearward and far too much upward steering wheel movement, which contributed to the dummy's head bottoming out the airbag and hitting the steering wheel. "
